About me

Coaching is my chosen way to help you.
Choosing the right coach is very important, so here's a little more about my professional background and life so far to help you decide if I'm the right coach for you.

My career, qualifications and credentials

Originally from Belgium, my formal education was in business and technology and I graduated from University in Belgium with an Engineering Degree. This led me to pursue a career abroad and in 1995 I moved to England where I have settled and continued my career.

My professional business experience is diverse and has been gained through working with medium sized international companies all over the world and across a range of business sectors including Manufacturing, the Travel Industry, Not for Profit Organisations and GP Practice Management. The Management roles I have held include General Management, Sales & Marketing, Business Development and HR.

In my early thirties, I decided to have a career break to travel for one year and experience more of the world. A rewarding time which also proved beneficial for both my personal and future career development. After 20 years working in the corporate world, I decided to train as a life coach to allow me to embrace my life experiences and business background in a way to serve people. I am passionate about what I do now as a Coach and want to make a difference through my work. I offer guidance and clarity of direction, sometimes simply listening without judgement to what others are going through and then offering a supporting hand.

With my corporate background I also help clients in a business capacity as a Personal Business Coach.

I am a qualified Coach with a Diploma in Transformational Coaching received through the Animas Centre for Coaching - an accredited programme by the International Coach Federation and the Association for Coaching.

My life so far, in case you are curious…

There’s sometimes a belief that coaches must be perfect human beings.  While I am grateful for many opportunities to utilise my talents, learn and grow professionally, and to have been supported and inspired by colleagues and friends, It has taken me half of my life to come to this point.  Although I travelled extensively for work, I took the decision to travel for one year and experience more of the world.  A rewarding time which also proved beneficial for both my personal and future career development.  Thinking about "What now and next?", I was encouraged by friends to follow my passion to gain a qualification in Transformational coaching. I have taken the decision to start focussing on discovering my new purpose in life!   Embracing my experiences and business background, I intend to offer guidance and clarity of direction, sometimes simply listening without judgement to what others are going through and then offering a supporting hand.

I’m happily settled in Maidstone, Kent with my partner Roger who is now a professional photographer and my greatest support.  We have a dog, a golden retriever cross (golden doodle) called Harry who is loved by many and also makes a strong claim to ruling our house!  I guess many of you will relate to that?  We both enjoy travel, nature and supporting where possible our local businesses.  To strive for a healthy work/life balance we love combining working and travelling in our motorhome.

Curious to know more? Book a discovery call today here. I look forward to speaking to you.
